Streamwriting

This is a really great link to an article on The Bookseller which discusses online writing schemes such as youwriteon and a new upcoming one being launched by Harper Collins in Feb called authoronomy. These sites are opportunities for writers to upload segments of their novel and have it critiqued by others. The article - which you have to read - suggests that this is the new future, replacing the slush pile route.
